About this job

Third party logistics company is looking for a customer service representative to work in their call center. This position involves being on the phone 99.9% of the time with clients helping them with their shipment. They will be entering shipments into the system and helping clients with any issues they might have such as getting lost on routes or pricing concerns, etc. They have a proprietary system they use that they can train this person on. These are all inbound calls with an automatic queue for the next call. They should expect to field around 150 calls per shift.

Musts:
1+ year of customer service in an office, retail or call center environment.
6+ months of computer use of any kind.
Willing to work for contract which could go on for a while.

Plus:
logistics, transportation experience.
Comfort navigating between two screens.
Someone that would want to retire in this role.

Mon-Fri. Training hours: 8:30-5 for one week, then 10:00 to 6:30
