Staffmark, in partnership with a high-volume mail service provider that helps its customers streamline, optimize and synchronize the mailing process, is looking for exceptional team players to work as Mail Processors / Warehouse Associates at their warehouse in Swedesboro, NJ.
As a Mail Processor / Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:
Placing packages on scale
Affixing computer generated label to packages
Placing packages on appropriate conveyor belt
This position offers a great income opportunity - your pay is based on your work performance! Those that excel are rewarded! The base salary is $10.50/hour with an attendance bonus and production incentives available. Your salary is determined based on your attendance and personal performance weekly. Just working all hours required for the week increases your pay to $11.50/hour with the attendance bonus. Expect to earn additional incentive pay above that with high efficiency performance. The ability to earn up to $18.00/hour is in your hands!!!
Hours: 3rd Shift (exact start and end times vary based on mail volume)
Days: Sunday to Friday, 40+ hours. 1 Sunday per month off.
