Facility Supervisor (HVAC)

Responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds through performance and supervision of tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, custodial and event coordination in compliance

Assisting the Facilities Manager with scheduling and performing planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

Monitors and maintains all facility related equipment ensuring proper operation to achieve production targets.

* Assists in the management of construction requirements for all projects as well as overall implications on facility maintain a safe, clean environment following safety rules/regulations.
* Ensures that all maintenance activities are documented and are traceable in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company requirements.
* Preparation of documentation to ensure Facilities work is carried out consistently and in accordance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and all government regulations.
