Behavioral Healthcare Account Manager (Sales)

Our client, a behavioral healthcare company in Columbia, MD is looking for Sales / Facility Liaison to join their team.

This person must have experience within the healthcare realm, preferrably within behavioral or mental health, and have experience with sales and going out to client meetings.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

* Responsible for visiting the various locations within MD, VA, and DC to increase enrollment into their program.
* Will be evaluated based off of new enrollment volume.
* Must be comfortable working with high level staff.
* Organize daily call schedules, follow-ups, and priorities while developing sales strategies.
* Maintain sales projections and handle outbound call volumes.
* Perform account management tasks such as documenting notes and vital information, servicing customer requests for literature and additional support, as well as staying current on product lines.
* Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity
* Must be creative and self-motivated, have a pleasant, compassionate and helpful disposition.
* Coordinate sales activity with all office staff to assure appropriate follow-up
* Maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness in daily activities
