Mortgage Loan Processor wanted for full-time position in the city of Riverside working for one of the nation's most respected consumer credit and mortgage counseling agencies. Monday-Friday schedule. Scheduled pay increases and benefits. Be part of the housing crisis solution!
Principal Mortgage Loan Processor Responsibilities
- Verify, compile and review loan applications
- Work with credit bureaus and employees to verify accuracy of data
- Calculate, review and correct errors involving closing costs, payment, principal and interest
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years relatively recent experience with Conventional loans, FHA loans and VA Loans
- Experience with pipeline of 30-45 loans per month
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
- Full-time M-F
