Hours: Part Time
General Summary: Develop, implement, maintain and supervise a comprehensive aquatics programs including swim team, swim lessons & fee-based aquatics programs. Supervise lifeguard staff and schedule to ensure a safe pool environment. Oversee and ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all aquatics facilities. Recruit, hire, motivate, schedule and evaluate all aquatics staff.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Certificates, licenses and/or registrations include: CPR and First Aid. Lifeguard, WSI and CPO preferred. Lifeguard Certification may be required depending on the facility. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience of a pool or aquatic facility. Ability to swim with proficiency, endurance, and perform swimming rescues. Excellent interpersonal and cusotmer service skills. Demonstrated management, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with financial management.
