A successful company in beautiful Westlake Village is looking for a full time Facilities Manager
In this job, you will assist the supervisor as 'handy man' to fix small repairs in the building. Examples: changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, small paint jobs, move cubicles, supplies, recycling, basic HVAC, plumbing and electricity.
The building's landlord will take care of the large repair jobs (like roofing, HVAC repair, major electrical).
Reporting to the facilities supervisor
This is a temp to hire position
Location: Westlake Village
Salary: $17-18/hr
