The On-Call Supervisor is a part time, after 5PM position. We are hiring for 2 separate positions as On-Call Supervisors: Week Day Supervisor and Weekend Supervisor. In our experience, we like for this position to be more than just one individual so that there can be a healthy rotation. This person will take home the office on call phone and answer any calls and assist our clients and CAREGivers after the office closes Monday-Thursday and Friday-Monday. The On-Call Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of on call duties. They are expected to work closely with the Staffing Coordinator in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. If you possess great customer service skills, enjoy helping and serving others, are patient and quick to make good decisions, enjoy a fast paced environment, and are comfortable using a smart phone and/or computer, please apply!
