We are a CT based outdoor specialty retailer with multiple locations seeking knowledgeable, enthusiastic sales talent for our Mohegan Sun location. We's even been awarded Top 100 Best Places to Work by Outside Magazine! We are specifically looking for candidates with retail and customer service experience, as well as an interest in the outdoor industry.

We differentiate ourselves by exhibiting "customer is priority" mindset at all times. We love to sell, but most importantly we love to help and inform our customers.

Our sales team is responsible for generating sales by engaging customers and providing service tailored to each individual. We do this by using strong listening and communication skills to direct the customers towards the best product for them.

Candidates for this position are expected to confidently communicate current product features and benefits to customers. In this position, Sales Associates also perform tasks as directed by management to keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.

Our goal is to ensure a positive customer experience while serving customers and communities in which they work and live.
