As an In House Service Technician you will be expected to:

• Use a logical approach to prompt and effective troubleshooting over the phone to provide the customer with the right solution the first time
• Maintain a courteous relationship with our customers and respond effectively to their needs, via phone and/or email
• Occasionally perform service in the field when necessary

Qualifications:

• Independent experience in house and in the field preferred
• Efficient mechanical and electric troubleshooting ability
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and their servicing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: $16 - $20 per hour contingent upon experience
