An Independent Insurance Agency that represents several P and C carriers is looking for a CSR who is proficient, dependable, hardworking, honest and ethical.
We specialize in personal lines for Auto and Home insurance.
This is a full time position so we are looking for someone who has an excellent attendance record and can handle a Fast Paced environment.
Duties include:
- Contact current personal lines customers for purpose of retaining, re-marketing and cross-selling home, auto, flood, umbrella, RV, etc.
- Assist with new business and marketing campaigns as needed.
- Renewal Database
- Emailing customers reminders on their renewals
- Service customer with payments, policy changes and walk-ins
