Assembler/Soldering Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Are you an experience Assembly professional who has been previously certified in IPC-610 (J-Standard) Soldering? If so, I have a GREAT opportunity available to join a privately held company that has been around for 60+ years and has 70+ employees.

This employer manufactures panel display systems for the Aerospace industry. Some of their panels are used in some of the most sophisticated aircraft's flying today.

In order to be successful in this role the Assembler will need to perform the following; responsible for repairing displays, components, sub-assemblies that were sent back to company that are defective or need repaired. Will be responsible for using basic hand tools and power tools such as screw drivers and torque tools to disassemble and assemble products. Candidates should be proficient with reading blue prints and work instructions to assemble components to meet the customer specifications. The assembly process will require this person to perform thru-hole soldering under a microscope at times as well (J-Standard Certification / IPC is Preferred). All individuals are required to keep a clean and safe working environment throughout the day.

This candidate should have previous experience performing all of the above responsibilities. This position is an immediate need.

1st Shift Position (Monday-Friday; 7:30-4:00).
