HR CAREGiver Retention Specialist -  Home Instead Senior Care has an opening for a dependable individual in Human Resources that will manage all CAREGiver data including file maintenance, availability, and license renewals.  The HR CAREGiver Retention Specialist will ensure CAREGiver success and manage retention within specific acceptable turnover rates.  Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.  Must be able to work evenings or weekends.  A plus for the individual with a 2 or 4 year college degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
