Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator

DESCRIPTION:

Currently hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for plant environment. This individual will be working in the yard, moving around giant piles of product. In addition to operating heavy equipment this candidate will also absolutely be required to do laboring work on the ground.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job will be broken down as follows in the first 6 months:

• About 50% heavy equipment operating on Caterpillar brand equipment (Small front end loaders, articulated haulers, and 990 CAT)
• Remaining 50% of the time will be conducting basic laboring duties in the yard, not on the equipment. They will have to handle shovel miscellaneous product into piles, etc.

SHIFT:

• 2nd Shift
• Hours: 11:00 AM -11:00 PM daily, which could mean weekends as part of the normal work week

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of Heavy Equipment Operating on Front End Loaders, Articulated Haulers, 900 range CAT's, and skidsters
• 1+ years of manual labor experience
• Team oriented, able to pitch in and help wherever help is needed
