The maintenance supervisor shall be responsible for planning and overseeing the work of the maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations of the facility. These duties shall include the maintenance of buildings and grounds, the upkeep of production machinery required for the daily production of finished goods and equipment installation and modification. This position will be responsible for proper utilization of headcount and insuring preventive and predictive measures are implemented and maintained along with supporting Lean management and 5S activities.
