Team Members - Full-time / Part-time

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

Customers are the focal point of our business; they are the team members number one priority. Every customer is regarded as a guest in our store and both the management and team members must ensure that their stay is always enjoyable.

Team Member Positions:

• Baker
• Guest Service
• Sandwich and Prep

• Maintains product quality and freshness.
• Follows designated store cleaning plan and procedures 
• Works at a pace that is safe and respects the guest time.
• Exhibits positive guest service attitude at all times.
• Makes sure food safety standards are met at all times.

• Ability to follow standards and direction
• Able to work flexible days (including afternoons, overnights, weekends & early mornings)
• Previous guest service experience considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment

• Consistent guest focus              

Controls:

• Follows food build charts, flow charts and production charts.
• Works scheduled shifts and keeps management informed of availability.
• Pre-rush check list is followed and signed off by team member.
