The most important thing is that this candidate has to be able to trouble shoot and problem solve electrical/mechanical issues on CNCs, mills, presses, robotics is a bonus. It will be important that they have a strong background in working with electrical maintenance. They will be working independently and with little supervision.��
Work Environment:

Large supplier of automotive stamped structural components. These are made entirely of aluminum. They work in a brand new production facility that has been built in Belleville, MI. There is a large focus on safety. All walk ways are marked and most are within protective barriers. There are over 80 cells of production within the facility. These are made up of robotics, mills, ovens, and cnc machines. It is well lit, clean, and very large. A great deal of walking will be expected of people.��

This is a swing shift. Whether they are on first or second the days will change
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Week 1 will be 36 hours and week 2 will be 48 hours. You��are able to work as much overtime as they want. You��will only be expected to work these hours though.��
