SIT.  STAY.  EAT.  DOUBLE DOGS CHOWHOUSE   is coming to the LOUISVILLE – MIDDLETOWN AREA!  DOUBLE DOGS CHOWHOUSE is currently hiring SERVERS/BARTENDERS to be a part of our EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT/SPORTS BAR CONCEPT that RANKED #1 IN “BEST OF NASHVILLE”!

SERVERS/BARTENDERS to adhere to Double Dogs Teamwork System in an effort to insure that our guests have a great experience when dining in our restaurant.

Requirements:

• Must be 20 years of age to perform as a SERVER/BARTENDER
• Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude while performing all duties. 
• Assume 100% responsibility for our guests’ quality experience 
• Project an out-going and friendly personality at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. 
• Exhibit complete menu knowledge – Be able to answer questions regarding our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services. 
• Welcome and greet guests within 45 seconds of their being seated. 
• Perform Food Checks within 2 minutes 
• Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
• Able to recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée and desserts items      
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and accurately enter in our POS system. 
• Buss and Pre-bus tables as part of the Double Dogs Teamwork Service System      
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment. 
• Open and/or close the restaurant following the appropriate procedures for restaurant set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness.  
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelving, walls, floors and all service-related equipment 
• Able to acquire required local permits/licenses required for serving
• Able to handle money in an accurate and timely fashion 
• Able to work in a fast-paced high volume restaurant environment. 
• Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
• Completes required tasks within assigned time frames 
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant performing maintenance, cleanliness and/or other duties during as assigned 
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
