Integrity Staffing, a leader in the staffing market place is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager for our client. This direct hire position is paying $85-$90K per year with full benefits package. This position is a full-time role based in their Delaware office and our client is looking to start interviewing immediately. Please see below for more details.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the incumbent is responsible for the Materials Management function relating to the planning, procurement, storage, controlling, scheduling and distribution of material and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements. This involves the responsibility of directing and administering Purchasing, Production Control, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving. Positions supervised include Scheduling, Purchasing, Distribution, and Warehouse.

Duties include but not limited to:

Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements while minimizing carrying costs and premium transportation charges.

Establishes procedures and supervises the annual physical inventory. This includes the coordinating and verification of the year-end physical inventory.

Supervises the purchasing and expediting of all raw materials, component parts, packaging supplies, OEM, MRO, Maintenance supplies and office supplies.

Oversees and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling to meet sales forecast and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.

Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages.

Addresses all customer complaints relating to scheduling, purchasing, inventory, distribution and carrier problems.

Responsible for contract negotiations with Carriers and Vendors. Maintains relationships with suppliers and carriers.

Develops, establishes and provides for maintenance of systems that relate to the material supply chain function.

Oversees the shipping and receiving functions of the various plants, and storage of purchased parts and finished goods.

Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates to optimize their performance and personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Must be a college graduate with business degree and/or minimum ten years experience in a combination of production control, inventory control and traffic management.

APICS certification preferred, Must have strong computer skills and abilities, Must have supervisory experience, Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, Must have strong analytical skills, and have a good attendance record, safety record and safety attitude.

Must successfully pass a criminal background and drug screening
