About this job
Oversee the daily activities of the Whey Plant. Plans and schedule work for department for the most effective utilization of employees, equipment, and material within budgetary, cost and quality standards. Estimates manpower requirements. Assigns employees work schedule and tasks, as needed to perform workload. Daily Record keeping of production completion and loads completed. Ensure proper handling of equipment and insure minimal product is being lost. Operate DAX application systems for production process. Knowledge of all whey plant equipment and knowledge of whey plant process systems.
