About this job
The Plumber maintains, repairs, and ensures the proper and efficient operation of the plumbing systems, gas lines, facilities central plant and other systems including, domestic hot water heaters, air-handlers, complete drain and domestic water system, hydronic piping, and computerized building management system. The technician will also help maintain any other structural, cosmetic, and miscellaneous maintenance needs of the facility as necessary.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience, plus plumbing installation, service and repairs in commercial and residental. Master plumber or a journeyman's card preferred and gas certification.
