About this job
Aimco is looking for a Leasing Administrator to work at our 3400 Avenue of the Arts apartment community in Costa Mesa, CA!
Provide support to leasing staff in administrative duties including resident paperwork for new leases and renewals and handling the entire Move-In process. Also, provides support by making appointments and follow-up calls for leasing staff.
Qualifications
- Leasing/ Property Management experience is preferred.
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a sales or leasing office
- Familiar with the Move- In Process
- Fast Paced environment
- Customer Service experience
