- 3-5 years' experience in collateral project management, operations, Marketing or Advertising field
- Strong time-management, project management and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple overlapping projects; attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management

- 4-6 years' experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and InDesign

Essential Functions
- Manage distribution and production for all Retail POP collateral, including giving direction on print quantities, shipping strategy and methods to ensure effective execution.
- Manages merchandising inventory and ensures resources are available as needed to create strong in-field promotions (collateral forecasting, replenishment stock levels). Partners with team to communicate production and distribution needs to support new campaign launches.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships including tracking projects, ensuring deliverables are met. Evaluate vendor(s) in their ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- Manage collateral strategy for fixtures by store types, translating for all channels, including reporting for planning.
- Evaluates merchandising operations effectiveness and develops strategies for improvements, streamlines and automates projects to improve lead times and efficiencies. Partners with Creative Team to ensure distribution plans are in line with campaign strategy. Holds team accountable to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage systems and tools to support the field, such as project management tool (TMAP), planograming tool (My Merch), ordering and profiling function (online tool), including system improvements, management and support, reporting.
- Manage operational budgets, including invoicing, forecasting, tracking and reporting. Drive efficiencies and cost savings.
- Partners with Merchandising Team to support the Frontline, indirectly via Merchandising Communications Manager(s). Participates in regular store field visits to help with campaign resets (at least 2/year), provide support, training and elicit feedback, "Inspect what we expect."
