Immediate opening in Newport Beach! Customer Service Specialist (Compliance Coordinator)
A dynamic and expanding national marketing company that has been in business for over 25 years, located in Newport Beach, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist who will be in charge of compliance. This position will consist of building and maintaining relationships over the phone with multiple large retail clients across the country. The Customer Service Specialist’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assisting in loss prevention tactics over the phone and helping to avoid future escalations from occurring within retail locations.
  • Maintaining multiple databases with information, as well as any ongoing or potential escalations.
  • Other administrative support functions as needed.
Requirements:
Successful applicant should have:
  • Two years of customer service experience in an office or call center environment.
  • Superior customer service skills & effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must possess good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately while multitasking.
  • Excellent typing, proofreading and editing skills, as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
