Quality Assurance Manager will provide leadership and play a key role in quality systems planning, research & development, audits, and sanitation. Overall administration of QA department. Maintain, implement and develop food quality and food safety programs. Provide ongoing development and education of quality control, including inspection techniques, product specification awareness. Maintain up to date knowledge of all food safety and sanitation procedures. Maintain HAACP plan and ISO Standards, ensuring compliance, up keeping all records current and in order.
