This position has accountability for the development of products that with resonate well in the marketplace and deliver growth and profitability. This position will have strategy and execution responsibilities in developing Products associated with emerging healthcare tends to maximize profitable growth.  This position will work collaboratively across the organization and with external partnerships to develop solutions to fill current product gaps, new innovations and marketplace complement marketplace emerging opportunities to lead the industry.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of strategic projects across various functional areas.  Typically, these projects are designed to advance consumerism within our organization 
Manage large scale business transformation and technology programs including stakeholder management, CBA development, financial management, operational readiness and value realization plans  
Present to stakeholders and senior management on product updates and expected results 
Helps develop and manage overall plan, issue resolution and monitor execution
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree
10+ years of health care experience
10+ years of experience in management of Product, Operations or PMO programs
Prior success leading programs / portfolios of $1M+ within large, complex managed care and/or insurance organization
Experience working in a national or global company
Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA
Big 4 Consulting Experience
PMI certification
