About this job
Job Duties:• Diagnose, assess & repair issues including electrical, plumbing, a/c, heating, HVAC, and appliances• Resolve resident requested maintenance calls• Perform lease renewal maintenance checks• Expedite turnover maintenance in vacated apartments• Install & repair plumbing fixtures• Replace light sockets, bulbs, switches and outlets• Repair kitchen appliances• Repair HVAC systems• Monitor pool equipment operation
Personal Competencies• Courteous, friendly, polite personality• Great people skills/relates well with a variety of people• Professional appearance and presentation• Self-motivated and conscientious• A commitment to superior performance• Able to work independently and with minimal direction• Hard working and comfortable in a busy work environment• Organized and detail-oriented, and willing to follow-through• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time• Enjoys challenges and finding solutions• Customer-service driven
Minimum Education• Associate degree in HVAC• HVAC experience required
