About this job

Job Duties:• Diagnose, assess & repair issues including electrical, plumbing, a/c, heating, HVAC, and appliances• Resolve resident requested maintenance calls• Perform lease renewal maintenance checks• Expedite turnover maintenance in vacated apartments• Install & repair plumbing fixtures• Replace light sockets, bulbs, switches and outlets• Repair kitchen appliances• Repair HVAC systems• Monitor pool equipment operation

Minimum Education• Associate degree in HVAC• HVAC experience required

Preferred Work Experience• 2+ years building maintenance experience

• Able to work for long periods of time on your feet • Able to work in confined spaces • Must adapt well to flexible work schedule • Available to handle on-call emergency services on an as-needed basis • Must pass hair drug test as well as criminal & credit background checks • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
