Purpose/Objective:

Provide pool and spa guests with extraordinary experiences through customer service and pool deck presentation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide superior service to our pool and spa guests at all times, creating a relaxing and exceptional experience.
• Check in guests and owners at pool desk, sell pool retail, and assist with towels.
• Maintain the pool deck, addressing housekeeping duties, straightening furniture, and other related tasks.
• Answer a variety of questions from guests and handle routine problems, referring more unusual or difficult problems or complaints to supervisor or other appropriate staff members.
• Take food and drink orders.
• Relay maintenance requests to proper staff members.
• Answer phone calls.
• Handle emergencies that arise when on duty alone, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people.
• Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with customers and other company personnel.
• Neat appearance and good social manners.
• Ability to learn a variety of information about the company’s lodging and recreational facilities, packages and services, as well as general information about the area.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness is a must.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, and will be required to obtain Utah Alcohol Certification upon hiring.
