Customer Service Representative

PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE. Looking for the right person to assist property manager Hourly range $9-$11 an hour with immediate opportunity to participate in performance based incentives. Must enjoy face to face customer service and take pride in appearance of property. It is required by all of us. This position offers a variety of duties from helping customers select the best storage solution for them, renting Uhaul trucks, assisting customers in selecting moving and packing supplies and getting outside to keep the property neat and clean. Experience in retail or customer service is helpful. Background check is part of the process.

Can work unsupervised and with others. Must have reliable transportation and valid license.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Renting units, moving in and moving out customers, reviewing rental agreements with customers, selling and restocking boxes and moving supplies, renting U Haul trucks, parking and cleaning interior of trucks, cleaning storage units, collection calls.
