Field Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to safely perform field service maintenance and testing of power system equipment typically found in utility and industrial power systems.
Perform TTR Testing
Perform Power Factor Testing
Conduct Insulation Resistance and Resistance Measurements
Perform CT Testing
Responsible for ensuring safety of personnel, testing procedures, and equipment during all on/off site testing and adhering to OSHA, MSHA, NRC, and customer standards.
Work closely with broad range of Engineers, Designers, and Technicians to install, maintain, and test Lw, Md, and H-voltage systems of various types often in difficult environments.
Responsible for ensuring testing adheres to NETA, IEEE, and/or customer standards and that all data acquisition is presented to customers accurately to ensure continuing function and safety of electrical systems.
Tearing apart switch gears apart and rebuilding them
Primarily doing service work on circuit breakers and switch-gears.
Testing and rebuild circuit breakers with quick trip units and re-closer maintenance
Protective Relaying
Travel throughout state of MN and surrounding is possible
