Sales Manager / Construction - Full-time

We are currently seeking a Roofing Sales Representative for our Azusa, CA office. The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:

Job Summary

Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining existing client base, developing new customers, and searching for potential prospects in their designated geographic area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player
• Self-Starter with ability to develop new and existing relationships
• Preparing proposals/quotes/estimates for clients
• Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope
• Read plans and understand project specifications
• Working with General Contractors
• Manage new and existing client accounts
• Strong sales skills to seek out and identify bid/sales opportunities
• Participate in Sales Meetings/Training's

Required Skills Experience

• Computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with client contact, scheduling, and support roles
• Strong written/oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Confident, with an enthusiastic drive to succeed
• Basic contract knowledge
• Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope
• Read plans and understand project specifications
• Able to manage company and customer demands
• Present an attitude of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Able to deal with unexpected challenges in a professional and calm manner
• Must be able to set and climb a ladder Must be able inspect and properly measure a roof
• Self-starter with ability to develop and cultivate new and existing relationships with potential customers

Helpful Skills / Experience:

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and products
• Field construction experience
• Sales experience / training
• Estimating experience
