POSITION PURPOSE: Supports the Government Sales and Business Development Department in all aspects of sales and customer service.
LOCATION: Totowa, NJ; preferred hours 9 am to 2 pm daily
REPORTS TO: Director, Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accomplishes department and organization mission and objectives
- Provides support as required, including but not limited to quotations, bids, proposals, research, customer meetings, presentations, marketing, and special projects.
- Customer Point of Contact for receiving, processing, and submitting Request for Quotes (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, requests, and inquiries.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Responsive and proactive in responding to customer and sales department requests.
- Reviews sales opportunities to ensure proper follow-through and positive customer interaction.
- Maintains Salesforce database, electronic, and hard copy files of RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and supporting data.
- Prepares, analyzes, and distributes weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Able to support highly confidential matters and maintain confidentiality.
