Aerotek is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a reputable client in the Creve Coeur area!

Job Description:

Will be formatting documents in MS Word. Most work will be dealing with pre-existing documents - not much new document creation. This will include revision of pre-existing documents in Word as well as in PowerPoint presentations.

The role will also include up to 2 hours/day of filing (they estimate roughly 6-10 hours/week) and more basic administrative tasks that may be more repetitive in nature. Candidate will be supporting multiple managers in administrative functions. This will also include scheduling in Outlook 365 and coordinating meetings for multiple managers.

Will also take messages, answer phone calls, take notes in meetings, and other administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in Administrative functions, preferably supporting multiple managers and/or coming from a larger organization

MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365
--this is a support role for the staff - multi-tasking is important!

-Must be very polished and professional- excellent grammar both written and oral, and able to "think outside the box" and be proactive- anticipate needs before they are explicitly asked of them.
