A premiere health system in New Jersey located near the Hudson River is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department. This 315-bed Hospital is looking for an experience ED Nurse who is ready to lead a busy Emergency Department as Head Nurse.

Known for excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes, this Medical Center is a leader in New Jersey. The Emergency Assistant Nurse Manager will work alongside of the Emergency Room Nursing Manager to maintain clinical excellence and superior nursing support.

The Nurse Coordinator of the Emergency Room ER will help oversee the daily operations of a 30-bay Emergency Department that averages 50,000+ visits per year. The Emergency Department Charge Nurse will report to the Nurse Manager and assist with ensuring patient safety and quality care. The Charge Nurse ER will provide patient care along with overseeing nursing staff and ensuring department goals are met.
