There is now a challenging and high-level leadership position now available at a growing, not-for-profit hospital in Eastern Pennsylvania overseeing all primary and specialty physician practices associated with this well-regarded hospital.

This award winning hospital is an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Primary Stroke Center and has been recognized for their comprehensive approach to working with the geriatric patient population, from ER to Home Health to community activities and programming. Their outpatient services include primary care, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, women’s health, behavioral health, GI and more.

The Administrator Physician Group will be responsible for the operational, financial and administrative success of a large number of physician practices, including quite a number of specialty groups. The Director Ambulatory Practices will direct, supervise and coordinate all operations and physician activities that includes clinical and administrative staffing, budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, physician recruitment and relations, equipment purchases and upgrades and facility development.

The Director of Physician Group Practices will report directly to a VP-level executive and will work in conjunction with this person to grow service lines, including the recruitment of physicians, ensuring integrity of the revenue cycle, increasing referrals and developing marketing strategies and initiatives to increase market share.

This position requires a high degree of collaboration with practice managers, clinical staff, providers and senior leadership to ensure cost efficiency, compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies, and high customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with fiscal acumen and a strong track record of accomplishments.
