Interventional Pain Management Physician - Full-time / Part-time

A state of the art Ambulatory Surgery Center in the South San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Board Certified Pain Management Physician to join the organization’s growing medical practice.

Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, this brand new facility features 5 operating room suites and a sizable staff of world class surgeons and surgical nurses. The organization specializes in a variety of surgical procedures, including Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery, ENT, Plastics, Cardiovascular Surgery, Orthopedics, and more. The facility was founded on the belief that patients should be at the center of all healthcare services, and the Surgery Center continues to operate around this mission.

The Chronic Pain Management Physician will become an integral member of this elite team of medical professionals, and will assist in the ongoing efforts to expand the practice and its scope of services. The Pain Management Physician will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to develop strategic initiatives that uphold the outstanding patient and physician satisfaction levels they have established, and will also work on effective community outreach techniques.

Clinically, the Pain Management Physician will act as a subject matter expert in regards to managing patients who experience chronic and extreme pain. The Pain Management MD will be able to successfully examine patients to determine levels of discomfort as well as potential causes of pain, wan will assist in diagnosing their condition. The Physician - Pain Management will provide relief of pain through prescription of medication, utilization of nerve blocks, electric stimulation or other therapies.
