The Med / Surg Nursing Coordinator will be offered supportive services and incentives for RN’s seeking higher education or additional certifications to grow in their career as a healthcare leader.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the ANM of Orthopedics will assist with the fiscal responsibility for the unit budgets and scheduling, serve as a liaison with medical staff and other personnel and promote the maximum growth and development of each employee, support nursing research and assure patient advocacy.
