House Supervisor RN Nurse Hospital Administrator - Full-time / Part-time

A challenging and rewarding new opportunity is now available for a dynamic Nursing Leader to oversee the day shift operations for a dedicated community hospital in Southeast New Mexico.

The RN House Supervisor will provide primary oversight for roughly 200 employees and play an integral role in determining staffing needs and decisions that allow for the most effective and efficient provision of resources. They will lead a workforce that spans the entire hospital and personnel coming from unique backgrounds and experiences and must, therefore, be adaptable and understanding of personal differences to motivate and engage the Nursing Staff. They will lastly be involved in Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Planning initiatives and should show excellent judgment in demanding situations.
