A rural community hospital located in the northern region of the Sierra Nevada mountain range is actively seeking a dedicated Nursing Manager of Surgical Services to oversee its impressive and comprehensive Outpatient Surgery programs.
The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will lead nursing staff in multiple locations and diverse settings to include an Outpatient Surgery Center and Pain Clinic as well as an Endoscopy Center and GI Lab. They will serve as an invaluable resource to the nursing staff as well as an important representative for all outpatient services. They will be dedicated to constant Quality Improvement and collaborate with the Nursing Director Surgical Services as well as other pertinent senior and executive leadership to design and promote thorough initiatives for Performance Improvement and Risk Management.
The Nurse Manager of Gastroenterology will join a respected health care organization that services an expansive region consisting of five counties. They will enjoy becoming a part of this 80-bed hospital, which is known throughout the tightknit communities for its long-term commitment to progressive services and dedication to delivering exceptional health care to this rural population.
