The Magnet Project Lead Nursing Manager will report to and work closely with the Magnet Program Director on the following:

• Project Management
• Quality Outcomes
• Restructuring Shared Governance Model
• Submitting Magnet Documentation
• Coordinating Site Visits

The Administrative Nurse Manager of the Magnet Program will have oversight of the department’s Magnet designation and organize related documentation. The Magnet Nurse Coordinator will help promote clinical innovation through evidence-based practice and quality outcomes.
