Unique and coveted opening for Regional Service Line Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services covering 5 Short Term Acute Care Hospitals and 1 prominent regional Open Heart Cardiac Center.
Reporting directly to the Area Vice President, the transformational Service Line Director will oversee planning, coordinating, and monitoring of the Cardiovascular Service Line’s growth, with the goal of becoming one of the nation’s most distinguished Cardiovascular Centers.
In collaboration with physicians and key stakeholders, the Regional Nursing Director of Cardiovascular Services works towards identifying the best clinical and operational practices for the cardiac service line. Part of the hospital’s distinguished heart healthcare program, the Cath Lab utilizes the most modern catheterization procedures offering the most accurate view of the heart and arteries.
The Cardiovascular Cath Lab Service Line Administrator is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of patient care and improvement of quality outcomes, leading a team of progressive nursing managers who are accountable for day-to-day clinical operations. The Service Line Administrator Cardiology Services will pilot the development of training programs and coordinate nursing personnel to maintain those quality standards.
The Cardiac Service Line Administrative Director contributes to the progressive healthcare at this nearly 300-bed medical center, continuing a legacy of providing personalized, advanced medical services to the community for over 70 years. The hospital is part of a nationally renowned, not-for-profit healthcare system, with medical centers and clinics throughout several western states.
