Warehouse Employee

Looking to start a career with a growing business with great benefits? This position is in the Mt Holly / Belmont area on the Southwest side of Charlotte and is not on the bus line. The position starts at $9/hour and incentives / pay raises offered every 30 days thereafter. 1st and 2nd shifts are available and some weekends are required. Looking for long term position? This is not a forklift position, it is loading and unloading trucks by hand. This position will put the hardest working in a permanent role.

Job requirements:
-Accurately match numbers & letters
-Must be able to lift 75 lbs. All day in a very fast paced unloading line
-Accurately stage and sort products for loading
-Loads and unloads trailers by hand
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Move materials within the warehouse
-Comply with all safety requirements
-Package or put finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
-Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
-Quality control
-Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
-Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
