Description As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Indiana MENTOR, you'll support individuals we serve in day and residential settings. We seek a compassionate person to:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to activities.
- Partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.
- Assist clients on reaching goals to further their independence.
- Assist in activities of daily living; including bathing, feeding, walking, grooming, etc.
- Assist with client finances.
- Assist with enrichment activities; including crafts, music, dance, etc.
