Warehouse Worker- Receiving - Full-time / Part-time

Must have prior experience picking, packing, shipping, receiving, Must be familiar enough with a STAND UP forklift to be able to use with little training. Also must have experience with any of the following pallet jack, fork lift, high reach, cherry picker,
The candidates will be responsible for: picking and packing, shipping / receiving, recent forklift experience required (no cert. needed and a minimum of six months on lift), scanning equipment experience is preferred. It is a basic warehouse / forklift operator position

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the materials management function of the logistics department and indirectly supporting the overall sales function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential tasks, duties and responsibilities that are critical to the job; the employee must be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Pick stock using a bar code scanner.
- Pack orders.
- Receive product.
- Restock inventory.
- Operate forklifts and pallet trucks to lift and transport material.
- Truck loading and unloading.
- Participate in ongoing general housekeeping of warehouse.
- Check assigned equipment for proper operation/functionality and communicate problems to Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures.
