Carpenter

Candidate will be performing maintenance repairs in, but not limited to the following areas: carpentry, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Must haves:

• Construction/Carpentry background for 3-5 years minimum in a commercial setting
• Own their own tools and equipment
• Driven attitude and the desire to improve themselves
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and mobile applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team atmosphere

The hours for these positions are going to vary. Carpenters are typically going to work four 10 hour days. Night shift hours are around 8:00pm-6:30am, but candidates must be flexible with their schedule. Schedule for work sites will be given in advance.
