Aerotek is currently seeking qualified individuals for multiple Urgent Responder / Emergency Dispatch positions in the Reno, NV area. The position is a direct placement with our client and offers a starting pay rate of $17.00 an hour. Candidates will work full time with occasional overtime, but candidates must have an open schedule for 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of emergency dispatch, urgent response, or handling emergency situation experience.
Job duties include:
Assisting individuals in need with emergency situations
Documenting individuals interaction in the system
Dispatch the proper authorities or responders
Answering general questions and providing customer service
