Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 - Full-time

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Custodial Operations Manager 1) for Illinois Valley Community Hospital located in Peru, IL. Illinois Valley Community Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care through a commitment to clinical excellence and compassion for every patient, every day. This hospital has 75 beds and 11 off-site clinics. Candidates must have the ability to travel to the off-site clinics as needed. This is primarily a first shift opportunity, however this Manager may need to work additional shifts, including some weekends and holidays.

This Assistant Director will oversee a team of approximately 25 Sodexo Environmental Services employees and one Supervisor. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in patient satisfaction scores, employee engagement and training. The successful candidate will have previous Environmental Services/Custodial Management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting along with excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Sodexo programs (UOS, TRAKKAR, Infection Prevention) is a plus.
