Network Administrator - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY – Network Administrator
We are looking for a qualified person that can help Biaggi’s grow by assisting in the implementation of new IT initiatives and providing uncompromising end-user support in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Network Administrator
(Including the following, other duties will be assigned)

• Serve as intermediary project coordinator for various tasks.
• Responsible for all POS price changes using Aloha Central Data Management.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies that support restaurant processes (Menu changes, e-mail, polling, reports, inventory, etc.).
• Assist end user with trouble shooting errors and the installation of new software and general network maintenance.
• Responsible for upgrading enterprise accounting software.
• Assist with the training of new technologies.
• Responsible for the maintenance of our corporate backups, Hyper-V and security systems.
• Responsible for the maintenance of our corporate E-mail system.
• In charge of corporate Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam systems.
• Assist with the staging new servers, workstations and notebooks for corporate users.
• Some weekends on call

REQUIRED SKILLS – IT MANAGER

• 4 years’ experience supporting and maintaining various types of PC hardware (notebooks to servers).
• Expert knowledge of all forms of Windows OS.
• A teaching knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
• Expert knowledge of; Windows Server Active Directory, Exchange 2012, Hyper-V, Network Security, Internet Communications /FTP, Wi-Fi, All forms of Broadband communications.
• A Plus- knowledge of: SQL, Sonicwall Firewalls/ VPN and the Aloha POS system.
