The Senior Administrative Assistant will support a dynamic team of attorneys supporting international business initiatives within Legal Compliance & Regulatory Affairs. This is a fast paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports
Compile and/or integrate information needed to prepare reports, documents, and newsletters
Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality, and revise as needed
Assist with tracking of contract documents and maintenance of contracts database
Create / prepare meeting materials, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and meeting agendas, and ensure distribution to meeting attendees in a timely manner
Schedule and set-up resources and technology needed for meetings and events, e.g., conference rooms, catering, WebEx, telepresence
Independently perform varied administrative duties related to functional area
Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization; represent the team with professionalism and integrity
Manage office documents in accordance with enterprise records management procedures
Collaborate with administrative support team members to provide back-up support as needed
Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
Greet visiting clients, guests and employees

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of administrative support experience, at least 3 of which have included support of senior executives
Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced environment
Intermediate or better level of proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
Ability to work in a large, matrixed corporate environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Must have a polished demeanor and be comfortable working with people at all levels
Experience coordinating meetings, including WebEx virtual meetings and teleconferences
Preferred Qualifications:  

College degree
SharePoint experience
