Client Services Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly and provide effective service to clients and customers (phone and email)
* Continually educate customers for seamless service, identify escalation as needed
* Ability to work amongst a team to answer questions and solve issues
* Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
Qualifications
* High school Diploma (GED equivalent)
* Customer Service environment experience
Position Specifications
Job Type: Full-time (40hrs/week)
Salary: $13.50/hr.
